I love reading other people’s Top Ten Tuesday posts (started by That Artsy Reader Girl) and thought I’d start adding mine too! I find 10 to be a lot though, and I want to be more selective, so I’m modifying mine to be Top 3 instead – and maybe occasionally Top 5 if I’ve got a lot of opinions that week 🙂
This week, a hugely popular cookbook, an /r/books favorite, and a beautiful memoir by a cancer patient…

I see and hear about this book everywhere I go – I’ve recently picked up cooking so this would be an AMAZING introduction to the basics and learning how to cook intuitively.

I follow three major book groups – on blogs, Instagram, and reddit, and it’s really interesting to me how different the three group’s favorite books are! I’m a mod on the books subreddit and this is one of the most frequently recommended novels. It’s been on my TBR for ages.

One of the most heart-wrenching books I’ve ever read…I cried – or more accurately, bawled – for the vast majority of it. Paul Kalanithi was a neurosurgeon who was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer, and he wrote incredibly eloquently about what he went through during this last part of his life. I’d love to add this to my collection.

Have you guys read these? I’d love to hear your Top Three too!
